My son loves ice cream floats and strawberries. I wanted to surprise him with a float after school today so I went to google to search for a recipe and found yours. I loved the macerated diced strawberries too. I’m not the greatest cook (still learning) so I had no idea how to macerate strawberries but now I do! Thanks so much for the great recipe!
