Blueberry cream cheese french toast casserole is embedded in warm cinnamon and sour cream custard, sweetened tangy cream cheese, juicy blueberries and topped with honey graham cracker crumble.  The perfect way to jump start your weekend brunch!

– 4.5 graham crackers a half of a sleeve from a 14 oz box of graham crackers – 1/4 tsp cinnamon – 3 tbsp brown sugar – 4 tbs unsalted butter ... Swipe up for all!

Food process the graham crackers, brown sugar, melted butter, salt and vanilla extract until it comes together and resembles sand.

In another bowl, add the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Whisk very well.

To a bowl, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar. With an electric mixer, mix until smooth. Don't worry if you see tiny lumps.

Place dollops of the cream cheese mix on the bread. It's supposed to be random, but make sure you get plenty of it in there so each bite is perfect. Smooth the cream cheese out some.  Dip six more slices of the custard dipped bread on top of the existing bread, blueberries and cream cheese mix.

Preheat the oven. Cover with foil. Bake. Uncover then bake for 40 minutes or until no longer wet.
