Extra crispy chicken wings that are baked and not fried and ready to be dipped in homemade blue cheese sauce. This is how you make crispy chicken wings without frying.

STEPS

– Preheat oven.  Pat the chicken completely dry or you can also place the chicken wings on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for a couple hours so they can dry out.

STEPS

– Line the cookie sheet with with foil, then place a rack on the foil. Spray the rack with cooking spray. – Place wings in a large bowl or in a zip top bag. Add the salt and the baking powder and salt, then toss to coat evenly.

STEPS

– Let the wings cool then toss with my buffalo wing sauce or your favorite sauce. Place the wings on the rack in a single layer with the skin side up. Place wings on the lower middle oven rack and bake. Bake rotating the pan halfway through.
