– Add butter to a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and lightly season one side with salt and pepper. Cook until done. Flip the chicken and season with salt and pepper once more. Cook. Remove chicken from skillet and set to the side.
– Drain the fat in the skillet. In the same skillet over medium heat, add the remaining butter, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth and garlic powder. Mix well.
– Return the chicken back the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
