Cinnamon Latte Cereal Popsicles

Ingredients

Ice cream

  • 4 oz sweet condensed milk
  • 2/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cooled brewed coffee plus more for the coffee glaze**optional
  • 1/2 cup Post Cinnamon PEBBLES™ plus more for Popsicle coating.

Coffee Sauce (optional)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • Cinnamon PEBBLES™ to be sprinkled on top of Popsicle optional
  • Instructions
  • Add the sweet condensed milk the heavy whipping cream, and cooled brewed coffee to a bowl and mix well. Add the Cinnamon PEBBLES™ and mix again.
  • Mix the powdered sugar and the cooled brewed coffee together until the lumps disappear and it turns into a sauce. Store in the fridge until the Popsicle's are ready.
  • Add the ice cream to the molds and distribute evenly. Freeze for two hours. Add the Popsicle sticks then freeze for another 4-6 hours. 4
  • When you are ready to dip the Popsicle's or if you prefer you could drizzle the sauce on instead, remove the ice cream from the molds in the freezer one at a time and dip them one at a time. Add the Popsicle's back to the wax paper lined sheet until the sauce and the sprinkled Cinnamon PEBBLES™ has hardened. Once hardened you can eat them right away or store them in a Ziploc bag for up to 3 months.
