Garlic Sriracha Wings and Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of wingettes and drummettes
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • salt and pepper to taste not too much though
  • 1 tsp Garlic Sriracha seasoning
  • 1 qt vegetable oil
  • Garlic Sriracha Sauce
  • 2-3 tbs of Weber's Garlic Sriracha Seasoning add more if needed
  • 2 tbs unsalted butter
  • 2/4 tsp rice vinegar
  • Lemon Pepper Wings
  • 2 lbs of wingettes and drummettes
  • 1/4 cup flour

  • pepper to taste
  • Lemon Pepper Sauce
  • 1-2 tbs Webers Zesty Lemon Seasoning
  • 2 tbs unsalted butter
  • add pepper and salt if needed

Instructions

  • Garlic Sriracha Wings Sauce:
  • Melt butter on low heat
  • Add Garlic Sriracha seasoning, melted butter, and rice vinegar to a bowl and mix.
  • Fried Chicken Directions:
  • In a large bowl add seasonings to flour and mix until combined.
  • Coat chicken in flour coating well. Shake off any excess flour.
  • Continue coating each piece of chicken until complete.
  • Heat oil in a large Dutch oven to 350 degrees. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Turn chicken pieces over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden.
  • Remove and drain on paper towel.
  • Lemon Pepper Sauce:
  • Melt butter on low heat
  • Add Zest Lemon seasoning and melted butter to a bowl and mix. Add more pepper if needed.
