Garlic Sriracha Wings Sauce:
Melt butter on low heat
Add Garlic Sriracha seasoning, melted butter, and rice vinegar to a bowl and mix.
Fried Chicken Directions:
In a large bowl add seasonings to flour and mix until combined.
Coat chicken in flour coating well. Shake off any excess flour.
Continue coating each piece of chicken until complete.
Heat oil in a large Dutch oven to 350 degrees. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
Lemon Pepper Sauce:
Melt butter on low heat
Add Zest Lemon seasoning and melted butter to a bowl and mix. Add more pepper if needed.
