Spinach Stove Top Pizza with Homemade Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

  • Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 Cups of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoon of Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Shredded Mozzarella I used about a cup
  • Handful of spinach
  • Pepperoni

Instructions

  • Cook spinach in oiled pan for a min or 2 set aside
  • Mix the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, butter. garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium size pot on medium high. Once the mixture starts to boil turn the heat down to medium and stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the sauce to the pizza then add your cheese and toppings.
