– Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain set to the side. – Cook the fully cooked bacon over medium high heat until crispy. Only drain the fat if you are not using fully cooked bacon. Remove bacon and set to the side.
– To the same skillet over medium heat, add the heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese has melted. Then add the broth. Mix well. – Add the tortellini and bacon to the skillet and combine until coated with parmesan sauce. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish.
