Plump Juicy Meatballs covered in a sweet Hoisin Glaze
Have you ever worn something that you haven’t worn in years then realize later on why you stopped wearing it? I did, a pair of super cute shoes. I totally forgot why I stopped wearing them. When I first walked in them the felt great. Little did I know that I’d soon find out why I stopped wearing them. I took my shoes on a trip to the grocery store. I was doing fine until I started walking more and more. Chiiile, my feet began to hurt so bad. My legs were getting tired too and my feet didn’t like the arch in my shoe. It was a struggle trying to walk in those things! I had to keep my composure but in my head I just wanted to cry! The pain women have to endure to look cute huh? Smh. I tried to finish up shopping as fast as I could but with each step my feet screamed at me. As soon as I walked through the door of my house, I immediately kicked those suckers off! No wonder! I will never punish my feet like that again! And yes, I will be donating those evil things!
By the time I was finished putting my groceries away, I realized I didn’t pick up the ground beef ugh, so back to the store I went! Usually, I would’ve just went the following day but I sooo wanted to make meatballs. I’m glad I went back because they turned out so good! Juicy plump meatballs covered in a sweet hoisin glaze, yum. I added a bit of crushed peppers in the end to give them a bit of heat. These meatballs are very simple to make and will go great with plain rice, a simple soup or even taste great alone. I will be making them again! or maybe I should make Orange Glazed Meatballs. Don’t they sound amazing?! There’s so many meatballs recipes I want to make and share with you! Stay tuned!
