Rich, Tender, juicy, saucy, tangy, flavorful and super EASY Slow Cooker Beef BBQ Sandwich!
Perfect for feeding large crowds!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! My weekend was pretty good. It’s always good when it’s full of good food. Did anyone celebrate National Wings Day a couple weeks ago? We went to Buffalo Wild Wings! And we couldn’t believe their wings were half off that day! Seriously, that was their best deals ever! We couldn’t pass that deal up. When we arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings, the waitress told us that we arrived there just in time because earlier that day there were so many customers that they had to stop taking orders. Whaaat! Whew! I was glad we got there when we did. Their kitchen was totally backed up which kept customers waiting way too long. I guess Half off wings will do that though!
I’m usually not indecisive when I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, but ever since they took their delicious Jammin Jalapeno wings of the menu, I don’t know what else to order! Why they do me like that! Why?! I thought Jammin Jalapeno were they were the best wings BWW ever had. I surely hope they bring them back!
I ended up ordering Asian Wings and BBQ and for the first time ever, Bourbon Honey Mustard Wings. FYI, Bourbon Honey Mustard Wings are now my Jammin Jalapeno replacement wings. They were so darn GOOD! I couldn’t stop eating them! I was kinda sad when I ate them all.
So you know what that mean right?? It means, I have to figure out how to make them and once I do figure it out, I will be sharing the recipe with you!
Long story short, I loved the Asian wings as well, but I wasn’t crazy about the BBQ ones. I’ve never been a fan of BBQ chicken anyways. I don’t know what it is about bbq chicken or bbq wings.
I may be crazy for disliking BBQ chicken, however I loooooove BBQ sauce on shredded beef. Shredded beef or Pork with BBQ sauce is so much better than BBQ chicken/wings! Just my opinion 🙂
Which brings me to this delicious sweet rich and tangy shredded beef BBQ on a soft brioche bread. Back in the day, I ate out A LOT! Shredded BBQ beef sandwiches were one of my favorite foods to order.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get shredded BBQ sandwiches often because the restaurant wasn’t close, so I figured out how to make it myself. Now, when I’m craving a shredded beef BBQ sandwich, I make it easily in my slow cooker. This shredded beef BBQ is so good! My spoon and I kept going back for more and more! It’ super easy to make and the recipe is pretty forgiving. You must give it a try!

I always purchase brioche bread from Aldi's supermarket. Also, as I noted in the instructions, make sure you don't overcook the roast. Check the roast at about 3.5 hours. It may not need to cook for four hours. This recipes is pretty forgiving so you can use your favorite bbq sauce and omit the bbq seasoning if you like.
