Happy Hump day! I hope you had a great week so far. This week is finally winding down and I know you can’t wait til Friday! I’m hoping this weekend is sunny and warm and not raining again! We are what, like two weeks into April and I’m already over April showers. Mother nature, please bring us more blue skies and warm weather soon!
I’m so in love with sweet and spicy everything. I don’t know what my deal is but I can never get enough. Let’s see, I’ve made Sweet and Spicy Honey Ginger Wings which has been a popular recipe here , Mongolian Beef here, the Asian Hoisin Meatballs here and lastly, this amazing Fried Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Onion Bourbon Glaze here. Oh duh, I forgot about my Maple Mustard Wings here. There will be more sweet and spicy madness on this blog so stay tuned!
In my last post, I told you that I wanted to make Asian Orange Glazed Meatballs and I was going to do just that, but I’ve been too busy, so making meatballs was not happening, however, this recipe is close enough. I mean, it’s not meatballs, but you can totally use this glaze for meatballs too. I will still put the Orange Meatballs on my list of things to make for you. If there is anything else you would like to see me make, just let me know in the comments below.
This Asian inspired recipe is the best tasty easy meal you can ever make in under 30 minutes. In one bite, you’re met with the tangy, sweet, gingery and spicy flavors of the glaze, then the beefy texture then the crunch of the lettuce. This recipe is so delicious and perfect! You’re family will love you to pieces if you make it!
